Deskripsi | ABSTRACT THE EFFECTS OF COMPENSATION AND SUPERVISION THE PERFORMANCE OF PERSON AT DINAS KEBERSIHAN DAN PERTAMANAN BANDAR LAMPUNG The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effects of Compensation and Supervision to The Performance of person at Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Bandar Lampung. This research consisted of eighty-three respondent there is person of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Bandar Lampung. In the methode do applying for collecting data by documentation study, observation and interview, and then the angket. For processing data using the multiple regression analysis to know effects of indefendent variable (X1) Compensation, (X2) Supervision to influence defendant variable (Y) The Performance of person at Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Bandar Lampung. Furthermore in its data analysis using SPSS Statistics 17 program. The results of these research appeared that by significant 0,05 for two side test 2,5% and n =83 to obtain t statisticss table 1,990. But t from testing 3,287 for Compensation, 4,428 for Supervision therefore Compensation and Supervision has positive significant influences to The Performance of person at Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Bandar Lampung. This result could be explained that testing of F and testing of t statistics. F statisticss table 3,111 but F testing 16,022 by statisticss table therefore Compensation and Supervision has positive significant influences to The Performance of person at Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Bandar Lampung.
